    Need clearer road marking ,with lights that operate 3 ways if need be to prevent the same thing happening again,if that’s not possible then we need to warn motor bikers that they need to be aware of vehicles may be turning on to the A494.

    Raised this a while back and yet no action taken. A494 to Bala also needs blanket 40 limit

    It’s been an issue here for some time with a growing number of accidents. Speed cameras and reductions in speeds are taking place up and down the A5 and yet this has not been addressed as a mater of clear urgency.

    We use this junction everyday and very often see near misses drivers don’t seem to know who has the right of way. For example traffic coming from the Cerrig direction on the A5 wanting to turn right on to the A494 to Bala turn against traffic traveling on the A5 in the opposite direction both lights on green.
